Monday Gym Session 3.7.2017

So I have set myself a goal of attending the Gym 3 times per week.

It took major effort tonight as I just could fine my mojo to get into the workout but I had this same reaction last time attending this venue. Maybe this is all it is – I hope.

I made it in the end by doing the following: steady walk on the treadmill, leg presses front and back, upper chest /arms, bike ride and then had to call it a night. 

This took me 50minutes and I am on week 2 of attending gym so my times are increasing.
